Originally from the DMV (D.C. & Maryland, respectively) area, Wavie P. initially started his journey in music while in a 7th grade band class, but his initial influences can be credited to GO GO and his cousin Jay constantly playing the likes of Wu Tang Clan, Nas, and many other East Coast legends at the time. From that moment, he was hooked and gravitated to his own personal taste, hence listening to T.I., The Diplomats, 2 Pac, Eminem, early 50 Cent, etc. While in this class, however, he spit his first rhyme publicly and from there a curiosity sparked about how he would be able to  match his wordplay and skills with those he admired musically at that time. While going through not only changes in his life musically and personally, Wavie developed a sense of his purpose for his music. Motivating, while giving people his honest perspective of where he sees people can push themselves to better themselves in all aspects of their lives. From leaving the DMV to moving on towards college dreams at Michigan State University, nothing but a world full of experiences were left for Wavie to embrace, let alone endure. 2008 was when Wavie started making his talents known publicly while taking his talents to the studio whenever possible. This happened through multiple transitions of studios and other musical minds to work with. Evolution of the Wave EP dropped unofficially May 2012. #NORefundz was released in Spring 2014 via bandcamp.com and datpiff.com. Rogue Wave is due up in mid-March 2016. Aside from music, Wavie also divided time amongst his co-owned Pro Wrestling operation I.R.O.G. (International Ring Of Grapplers, LLC) and in-house non-profit PEARL Foundation. Both of which are co-owned by good friend and fellow Mich. State Alum Rigo Flores. #RogueWave #ADDAM
